I agree with this whole message. I do understand if people are upset for a few days, longer than that I cannot see.
Seeing this message I look back at my old times on FNaFRP as a chat mod. It hurt for a little, but I eventually shook it off. You are given a position if you're trusted, you don't need one to talk to friends or anything else- it's all by trust.
